Each dog is required to be parasite free & of good health overall. If this becomes an issue, then a clear fecal prior to boarding will be enforced.
It is highly suggested to dose your dog prior to boarding with a flea/tick preventative as our land has taller grass areas and woods.
Food *Required - If forgotten, Virtue will be fed and you will be charged for the cost of a full bag ($89). This is non-negotiable as your dog WILL be fed & you are accountable for your mistake. A stainless-steel food bowl is provided. If you have a particular bowl for your dog, please bring it as we will absolutely use it throughout your dog's stay.
Treats/snacks - Ensure they are safe for your dog to consume without direct supervision.
Toys - Must not be able to fit under kennel bottom to prevent issues with neighboring dog/s. Welcome to bring other toys your dog enjoys when having time out of the kennel with us.
Collar in which your dog cannot slip out of.
Dog/s remain on leash to and from vehicle.
Dog/s must be friendly enough to be handled - leashed, fed/watered and let out.
No in heat females
If the dog/s life goal is to try escaping their kennel due to not being properly trained to a kennel, you will be charged for any damages & dog will not be accepted back until issue is resolved.
No play groups - only out with dogs they reliably co-exist with. I will not micromanage nor risk it.
Lack of respect - we strive to build great relationships & will not tolerate childish behavior.
Payment is due in full before or at pick up, non-negotiable.
